Should I include a verb and a verbal action (-ing) to my keywords for iTunes for better ASO?

In Apple’s App Store, you are given 30 characters for the title, 30 characters for the subtitle and 100 characters for the declared keyword field. Make the best use every single character.
Here are a few tips to keep in mind when choosing keywords:
  1. The importance of a keyword is not the single keyword, it is the number of relevant phrases the keyword makes when combined with other keywords from the title, subtitle and declared keyword field.
  2. In late 2018, “data fraud” is rife amongst ASO tools. Many ASO tools are selling bad data and some are even using the search popularity scores from Apple Search Ads!! Try to understand where your keyword datacomes from and make sure it is not web search data found in the Google Keyword Planner or other SEO tools.
  3. 80% of all searches are 2–3 word phrases which are feature-based searches. Optimize keywords for your UVP and most sought after features.
  4. Keywords used in the App Store are usually different than keywords used for the Google Play Store. Never assume the same keywords will work across geos and operating systems. There is a calculated strategic ASO approach to each store.
  5. Update keywords on a regular cycle to account for new apps being added to keywords and phrases causing keyword dilution. Optimizing on a regular basis also gives the opportunity to run more live tests and follow category trends.
