How can I reach 10,000 downloads of my game on Google Play?

App Store and Google Play Store have recently made a lot of changes to how users search for an app.
Stat: Almost 65 % of the app are directly searched through in-app searches. (This also includes well known brands like, Facebook, Whatsapp, Uber, Paypal, etc hence this would not be the exact 100 % right percentage, number or a figure. But yeah, you search for your app on that tiny little mobile app screen)
How Do you reach your goal ? Well here it is how…
  1. Keywords: Keywords are very important. If you are using wrong keywords or if you are not properly utilising primary keywords and long tail keywords, you are hurting your app downloads
  2. App Presence: Before you ask to download, you need to persuade user. Assuming that its a Game, your potential demography or user base would be between 10–17 years of age group. So you need to persuade them by using Screenshots and Videos. Assume that most of your users are viewing your videos on Mute mode, its important how you use visual / videos to persuade them
  3. Reviews: Do you know that you can actually use your Review as a Secret Tool to enhance your app presence and get listed? How? Next time when you have a bad review — Do reply and resolve. As a user, for me its important how you are paying attention to problems. #TakingCareofYourUsers
  4. Updates: Keep on updating your app. Its easy on Google App Store as compared to Apple App Store. So keep on updating
  5. App Store Optimization: A very important strategy on managing all these points listed above. ASO is not only about working on Keywords but growing organic downloads by making A/B Testing of various features and in-app components and checking how your users respond
