Auto Connect Features
1. Vehicle- it allows users to upload the picture of his/her vehicle and add the vehicle details. Customer can add multiple vehicles. This will also contain a section for vehicle history, where customer can see all the vehicle service history. Customer can also add temporary outsourced services e.g.: Tyres, Wheel Alignment etc. without changing their Independent mechanics.
2. Request – it allows users to request a service for their vehicle (Car Insurance, Oil Change, Car Service Schedule, Roadside Assistance, Safety Inspection, Car Diagnostics, Maintenance Schedule, and much more)
3. Appointments – here, you will see upcoming appointments for there cars. Users can see appointment details and any additional items, if sent by the member. Customer needs to confirm any additional items for the member to start working on it.
4. Emergency Service – users can request for emergency service if the vehicle needs immediate assistance eg.Car Accidents, Breakdown. The member will assist on this service. Also if the member is not available , User will get the list accredited Auto Xtion members near his location and customer can call them.We will be including an option for customers to include their roadside assistance details which they can call for assistance.
5. Auto Accident request/detail- From this section customer can add accident request with capturing back and front image of license. All these details will with customer location will be sent to his corresponding member.
6. Promotions – promotions available to customer’s car and all common promotions will available to him, so that customer can request that discount for the service.
7. Expense sheet- From this section customer can add all their expenses like vehicle expense with picture of the bills. Not only vehicle expense customer can add any kind of expenses like gas mileage, gas log, gas price hike, house hold, commercial with bills or warranty documents. Customer can add details like how he made the payment, descriptions, amount, date, image, type of expense(bills, food, fuel, shopping, money transfer etc).
8. Gallery- In this section customer can upload all his images related to vehicle, personal images, bills, warranty documents etc.
There are three sections in gallery:
Miscellaneous- In this section customer can add any household or vehicle bills or any other images he/she wants to save for the future reference.
Warranty- In this section customer can upload all his/her warranty document for the future reference.
Images- In this section customer can upload images of his license, personal images, vehicle images to make record of it.
9. Notification- A regular notification of rego’s , promotions , appointment status , insurance information, road hazards, traffic jams, car mortgage information, etc. will be given to customer.
10. Search Member- If customer is not register under any member/mechanic of Auto Xtion he can search member/mechanic in his/her area using post code and register himself under his to avail all the services.
11. Feedback – customers can give feedback to members for their service.
12. Account – Here customers can upload their personal profile details.
13. Member Profile – This will contain the Business card of their member to contact them and also can send that business card to other people using email for referral purposes.
